Invisible Illnesses
What is it all about?

Invisible illnesses are usually chronic illnesses which are usually not obvious to other people.

For example, someone who fractured their leg would have cement cast on their leg or uses crutch but patient who have depression or anxiety won't have any obvious physical symptoms that other people can see and "validate" their illness.

Unfortunately, many people who are battling these invisible illness on daily basis don't often get the help and support that they need. Often times, they will be regarded as "lazy", "attention-seeking", and sadly many will face rejection from their own families and friends. Some may even isolate themselves from other people. Such invinsible illness are debilitating and having to go through this battle alone makes the situation worse.
